Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and PaymentAll orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description, or if we suspect fraud or violation of these Terms. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.Payment must be made at the time of purchase using a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and DeliveryWe ship products to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control. If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at: support@bioticpath.com within 7-10 days of the estimated delivery date.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties. ReturnsAs an online-only store specializing in topical products like salves, pomades, oils, and similar items, we prioritize your health and safety. This returns policy applies to topical products only. Due to hygiene and contamination risks inherent in personal care items, we only accept returns for new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging and condition. Returns must be initiated within 7-10 days of delivery. Certain items (e.g., personalized, perishable, or clearance products) may not be eligible for return—please review product details before purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or experience an issue such as an allergic reaction upon first use, please contact us immediately at support@bioticpath.com with your order number and photos if possible. We'll work with you promptly to find a solution, which may include a replacement, full refund (even for opened items in defect cases), or store credit.

To initiate an eligible return:

• Email us at: support@bioticpath.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Ship the item to: PathBiotic LLC d/b/a BioticPath, 808 S. Shary Rd., Ste 5-336, Mission, Tx 78572.,within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item shipped).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds cover the purchase price only (excluding original shipping, handling, and return shipping fees). For defects or errors on our end, we'll reimburse return shipping and issue a full refund, including shipping.Partial refunds may apply for incomplete orders. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse on non-defective, opened items after the return window.

Warranties

Our products are sold "as is" and "with all faults," without express or implied warranties beyond those required by Texas law (e.g., against defects in materials or workmanship). We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content") to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent that you own or control all rights in the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
